Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you send. The $21K project provides a technical relay only. We do not read, moderate, or control message content.

Prohibited Content

You must not send: illegal content, hate speech, terrorist content, harassment, fraud, impersonation, spam, CSAM, or any content that violates applicable law. Violation results in permanent access revocation.

Permanent Storage

Messages are stored on encrypted servers. Storage fees are paid per message and are non-refundable.

Encryption

Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read your messages. Losing your wallet private key means losing access to your messages.

Access Control

Access may be revoked for abuse. Rate limits apply: max 20 messages per day, cooldown between sends.

SOL Balance

A minimum of 0.01 SOL is recommended on both sender and recipient wallets. The $21K project is not responsible for failed transactions due to insufficient SOL balance.

No Liability

The $21K project accepts no liability for content exchanged, loss of messages, wallet errors, or any damages arising from use of this service.
